Refund

The return policy varies according to how the item is sold. All items may be returned within 14 days (with the exception of those cases stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions), provided that they are returned in their original condition.

Site items are necessarily refunded to the account with which the order was placed on the site.

Pre-orders are subject to a special policy insofar as the item has generally been expressly ordered on the site but not necessarily paid for online. The latter are therefore reimbursed either by bank transfer or credit note.
