6. WHAT DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR?
We will process some of your data depending on the products, services or features you require at any given time. In general, these will be as follows:
your identification data (e.g., your first name, last name, language and country from which you interact with us, contact data, etc.);
economic and payment information (e.g., your payment or payment card data, information about your purchases, orders, returns, etc.).);
connection, geolocation and navigation data (if you interact with us from your cell phone, for example);

To manage your registration as a Platform user If you decide to register as a user of our Platform, we will need to process your data to identify you as a Platform user and to enable you to access the various types of features, products and services that are available to you as a registered user. For the implementation, application and execution of the purchase or service contract concluded with us on the Platform This purpose includes the processing of your data, in particular for:

Ergonomics and quality analysis to improve our services If you access our Platform, you are informed that we will process your browsing data for analysis and statistical purposes, i.e. to understand how users interact with our Platform and with actions implemented on other sites and apps, so that we can improve our services.
Don't forget that you can unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time and at no cost through the "Newsletter" section of the Platform, as well as through the indications provided in each communication.
▪ Data enrichment: when we compile your personal data from different sources, we may group them together in certain cases in order to better understand your needs and preferences in relation to our products and services (including for the purpose of analysis, generating user profiles, carrying out marketing studies, qualitative surveys and improving our interaction with our customers). 7. WHAT IS THE BASIS FOR PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

In other words, the processing of your personal data is necessary to register you as a user of the Platform, otherwise this registration could not be managed.
Implementation, application and performance of the purchase or service contract The processing of your personal data is necessary for the performance of the purchase or service contract by which we are bound. The activation of certain data processing operations associated with the purchase process takes place only if you request or authorize it, as in the case of the storage of payment data (card) for future purchases or necessary data processing. In these cases, the legal basis for processing your personal data is your consent. We consider that we have a legitimate interest in carrying out the checks necessary to detect and prevent possible fraud or fraudulent use of the Platform, for example, when you make a purchase. 8. HOW LONG WILL YOUR DATA BE RETAINED?

Retention period
Managing your registration as a Platform user Your data will be processed for as long as you remain a registered user (i.e. until you decide to delete your user account).
Implementation, application and performance of the purchase or service contract We will process your data for the time necessary to manage the purchase of the products or services you have purchased, including any possible returns, complaints or claims associated with the purchase of the particular product or service. In some cases, we will only process data until such time as you decide, as in the case of payment (card) data that you have asked us to retain for possible future purchases (where this function is available).
3. Customer service
We will process your data for the time necessary to respond to your query or request.
4. Marketing
We will process your personal data until you unsubscribe or cancel your newsletter subscription.
5. Usability and quality analysis
We will occasionally process your data for the duration of a specific quality action or survey, or until your browsing data has been pseudonymized. Apart from processing your personal data for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the corresponding purpose as indicated above, it will then be stored, suitably safeguarded and protected with restricted access for the time for which liability may be incurred as a result of the processing, in compliance with the regulations in force at any given time. Personal data will be deleted once any actions in each case have become time-barred.
9. WILL YOUR DATA BE SHARED WITH THIRD PARTIES?
In order to fulfill the purposes indicated in this Privacy and Cookies Policy, access to your personal data must be allowed to Fischer & C° entities and to third parties we use to offer you certain services, i.e..: ▪ financial institutions, ▪ fraud detection and prevention entities, ▪ technology and analytics service providers, ▪ service providers and partners related to logistics, transport and delivery and/or their partner establishments, ▪ service providers related to customer service, ▪ service providers and collaborators related to marketing and advertising such as social network sites, advertising agencies or advertising partners.
10. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS WHEN YOU PROVIDE US WITH YOUR DATA?
We are committed to respecting the confidentiality of your personal data and guaranteeing the exercise of your rights. As Co-Managers, we have agreed that these rights can be exercised at no cost by sending us an e-mail to accounting@fischer-1896.com, simply stating the reason for your request and the right you wish to exercise. If we consider it necessary to identify you, we may ask for a copy of your identity document. Irrespective of the purpose or legal basis on which we process your data, you are particularly entitled to : - Request access to the data we hold about you. We remind you that if you are a registered user of the Platform, this information can also be consulted in the section corresponding to your personal data. - Ask us to rectify any data we already hold about you. We remind you that if you are a registered user of the Platform, you can also access the section corresponding to your personal data in your account to modify or update your personal data. However, please remember that by actively providing us with your personal data by any means, you are ensuring that such data is true and accurate and that you undertake to notify us of any changes or amendments thereto. Any damage or loss caused to the Platform or to the Platform Manager or to any other third party as a result of providing erroneous, inaccurate or incomplete information in the registration forms is the sole responsibility of the user.
